Policy For Local Orders (Pakistan)
No Refunds – Exchange Only We offer exchanges for items purchased through our online store. While we do not provide cash refunds, you are welcome to exchange any item for a different size, color, or an alternative style of equal or greater value.
Exchange Eligibility To qualify for an exchange, please ensure:
The item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags and labels remain securely attached.
The request is made within 15 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.
One-Time Exchange: To maintain efficiency, we allow one exchange per bill. Please inspect all items in your order and include them in a single exchange request.
Defining “Original Condition”
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned exactly as it arrived. This includes:
Unworn & Unwashed: No signs of wear, stains, odors (perfume/smoke), creases, or laundering.
Intact Packaging: Must be returned in original boxes or dust bags.
No Alterations: We cannot accept items that have been tailored, hemmed, or customized.
Complete Sets: Any accessories (belts, detachable straps, or extra buttons) must be included.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
Fragrances & Body Mists: Due to hygiene and safety standards, these are final sale.
Personalized Items: Anything custom-tailored to your specific measurements.
Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
Sale Price Adjustments: If you purchase an item at full price and it later goes on sale, any approved exchange credit will reflect the current sale price.
Gifts & Store Credit
If you received a Closet33 piece as a gift:
Store Credit: Refunds for gifts are issued as store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method.
Validity: Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Redemption: This credit is non-transferable and can be used for any item on our website.
Shipping Costs
If we made a mistake: If you received the wrong item or a defective product, Closet33 will cover all shipping costs to rectify the error.
Standard Exchanges: If you are exchanging for a change of mind or size preference, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to our facility.
International Orders
We offer a dedicated policy for our international clientele:
Eligibility: Refunds are only available for international orders if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly described.
Timeline: Please contact exchange@closet33.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photo evidence of the issue.
Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
