How can I place an order?

  1. Browse www.closet33.com and add your favorite pieces to your cart.

  2. Click the Checkout button to review your selection.

  3. Enter your contact details (Email or Mobile) and your exact delivery address (House #, Street, City).

  4. Select your shipping method.

  5. Choose your payment method: we accept all major Credit/Debit cards and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  6. Click Pay Now to finalize. We recommend taking a screenshot of your order summary for your records!

How will I know Closet33 has received my order? You will receive an automated Order Confirmation via email or SMS within 10–15 minutes of placing your order. This acts as your official receipt.

What if I don’t receive a confirmation? Please check your junk or spam folder first. If it’s still missing, contact our team at 0331-2109163 or exchange@closet33.com, and we will verify your order manually.

Does adding an item to my cart reserve it? No. Items are only reserved once the checkout process is complete and you receive an order number.


Delivery & Tracking

What are the delivery times?

  • Local (Pakistan): 3–5 working days.

  • International: 10–15 working days.

  • Note: During major sale periods or extreme weather, deliveries may take slightly longer.

What are the shipping charges?

  • Nationwide (Standard): Rs. 250.

  • Bulk/Heavy Orders: Up to Rs. 550 based on weight.

  • International: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number. You can use this on our “Track Order” page or directly on the courier partner’s website.

What happens if I miss my delivery? Our courier partners will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your parcel. If both attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to Closet33. Please ensure your contact number is active to coordinate delivery.


Payments & Security

Is my personal information secure? Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We never store your full card details and only use your information for order fulfillment and fraud prevention.

Why was my card payment declined? Ensure that the billing address and name entered match your bank records exactly. If the issue persists, your bank may require “3D Secure” authorization for online transactions.

What are cookies? Cookies are small files that help our website remember your preferences (like your cart items or language). They make your shopping experience faster and smoother. You can clear them anytime via your browser settings.


Returns & Exchanges

What if my product is damaged or incorrect? Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Contact our WhatsApp at 0331-2109163 with photos of the discrepancy, and we will resolve it immediately at no extra cost to you.

Can I exchange an item? Yes! You can exchange unworn items with original tags within 15 days.

  • Damaged/Wrong Item: Free exchange.

  • Change of Mind/Size: A nominal convenience fee of Rs. 200 applies to cover return freight.

  • Note: Sale items and specific categories like Dupattas or Chikankari are not eligible for exchange.

How long does the exchange process take? The online exchange process typically takes 7–10 working days from the moment we receive your original item back at our warehouse.

How do I know the parcel is an authentic Closet33 delivery? All official orders are delivered in Closet33 branded packaging. Do not accept a parcel if the flyer is open, tampered with, or does not bear our official branding.
